FAQ and Drop-Off Instructions
How do I drop off my skates?
At the moment drop-off will be in-person at the front door of the house or garage during posted business hours. Please coordinate with Zac via text at 780-803-4363 for precise availability. Soon (tm) we will have a locker system that will allow drop-off at any time and pickup within 24 hours, guaranteed.

Thursday: 7:00PM - 10:00 PM

Saturday: 7:00PM - 10:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00AM - 6:00PM
How do I pay for my skate sharpen/skate card?
There are a few options:
1) Pay online using the Shop feature on this website.
2) E-transfer fastlaneskates@gmail.com
3) Cash in the boot when you drop-off!
Skates will be sharpened once payment is confirmed.
Are service packs worth the investment?
Yes! Our 5-pack and 10-pack options provide significant value for frequent skaters. They ensure you always have a sharp pair of skates on hand for your next session.
How long does a sharpening service take?
We offer on-the-spot sharpening for a quick turnaround during posted business hours (subject to change). During busy periods, there may be a wait time, which will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.
How will you know what hollow I'd like?
If you would like to request a specific hollow, please let Zac know via text (780-803-4363), or specify it at the time of purchase via this website's shop.
